The following will be applied in the event of a cancellation:

| From 30 to 16 days before arrival date | 25% of total amount |
| From 15 to 8 days before arrival date | 50% of total amount |
| From 7 days to arrival date, or non arrival | 100% of the total amount |

Guests leaving before the selected date will be charged with the whole amount also for the nights not used. By confirming your booking, you are automatically agreeing to all the terms and conditions. In case of proven force majeure, the farmhouse will move
your booking to a different date, consistently with the availability
of the period. |
