2003, Poggio al Sole will be under the process of becoming an organic
farm. Its main produces are extra-virgin olive oil and saffron. With the
fruit produced in the farm (cherries, apricots, figs, pears, plums, walnuts
and sorb apples) jams and natural liquors are prepared and offered to
the guests that have dinner with us. We are planting other fruit and olive
trees to increase the production.
